THE AFTER ACTION RESET™

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective: September 24, 2026

The After Action Reset™ (“AAR”) uses this website to provide educational content, self-assessment tools, resources, and information about speaking and organizational services.

Information you provide

If you submit the Survival Mode Diagnostic, request a free field guide, subscribe through an AAR form, make a purchase, or submit a Speaking Inquiry, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization, event details, audience size, message, selected audience segment, educational diagnostic result, requested resource, consent source, and consent date.

Website and conversion data

We may collect limited website usage and conversion information such as pages visited, diagnostic starts and completions, resource clicks, social-platform clicks, and speaking-form submissions. This is used to understand what content and resources are useful and to improve the website.

How information is used

We may use information to provide requested resources, respond to inquiries, improve AAR content and services, measure website performance, and—when you have consented—send AAR resources and updates.

Email preferences

AAR maintains consent and suppression records so an unsubscribe request applies across AAR marketing email streams. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages needed to complete a purchase or deliver a specifically requested item may still be sent when appropriate.

Existing AAR subscribers

If you previously subscribed to AAR through Beacons, your basic subscriber information and original signup source may be transferred into AAR’s first-party email system so AAR can continue providing the resources and updates you requested. Pending or unconfirmed Beacons contacts are not treated as active subscribers.

Educational diagnostic information

The AAR Survival Mode Diagnostic is an educational self-assessment. It is not a medical or mental-health diagnosis. Do not submit information you consider highly sensitive or that you do not want stored with your website submission.

Third-party services

AAR uses service providers including Cloudflare for website hosting, data storage, scheduled automation, and email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. Links may also take you to third-party platforms such as Beacons, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Retention and requests

AAR may retain submitted information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through this site, use the contact method published on the website.

Changes

This policy may be updated as AAR’s services and website change.

This page is a practical website privacy notice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it as a final legal policy.
